Advantages:
The FD-800 employs a dual temperature sensing method to achieve highly precise moisture measurements. In addition to the thermistor that measures the environment temperature within the drying chamber, it is mounted with a radiation thermometer that measures the sample temperature directly without contact.
1-Simple operation:
To measure the sample, the operator only choose the program, put sample into the sample dish, shut the lid and push the “ START” button. When the process has been finished, the results has been displayed on the screen until the new measurements begins
2- Durable mid-infrared quartz heater:
FD-800 employs a revolutionary dual temperature sensor method to enable high
precision moisture measurements However, with a demand for an even more
accurate moisture measurement, addition to a thermistor, the tester is mounted with a radiation
thermometer to measure the sample temperature without coming in contact with it allows a reduction in measuring time and increase in measurement accuracy without burning or deforming the sample. Mid-infrared quartz heater has high effect about heat and life-time to 20,000 to 30,000 hours.
